Signs you may have a voltage problem
Occasionally an issue may arise in maintaining a consistent level of voltage. Common signs of a voltage problem are:
- Lights that dim when other appliances are in use.
- Kettle is slow to boil.
- Electrical motors that fail to start first time.
Note: These problems can also occur if you have exceeded the capacity of your electricity connection.

We will contact you within two weeks of communications to assess the problem. If we find the voltage does not conform to European Standards (EN50160), we take necessary steps to find the best solution.
