Reporting a Power Outage

If you've lost your electricity supply, first check if it's just your home that's without power or if there is a fault in the general area. If your fault is not listed report it to us online.

To ensure privacy of information and to identify you on our network you will need your Eircode and Phone Number or 11 digit MPRN and the name or telephone number associated with your account.
