Copies of the "internal" documentation, instructions to staff, memos, schedules etc by which you require and direct your staff to compile (and what information to gather in order to compile etc) returns for submission to organs of the State which identify vacant properties based on electricity usage in accordance with such legislation as compels you to submit same. It would be helpful too to have a copy of such a return - though of course with NO user identity so as to be GDPR compliant.  

I am willing to amend my request if it will save you time yet still help me answer the key questions.

QUESTIONS: It is understood that your company/business/organisation advises an organ of the state when metered supply appears to be unused and thus indicates a Vacant House, which leads to punitive LPT Charges. Accordingly what I am interested to determine is:

1. Do you provide such information when usage falls below a certain level?

2. If "YES" I wish to find out:

2.1 what that certain level is (specified in unit of measure) 2.2 what time period that involves (i.e. measured over a month ? 3 months ? what ?)

2.3 the organ of state to which the return is made (Revenue, Housing what ?)

2.4 if there is specific legislation compelling you to do this, and if so  

2.5 what is the specific legislation called (i.e. what Act is it ?)  

2.6 Given the provisions of GDPR, whether you are in breach of same?  

3. What the "certain level" (see 1 above) is beyond which you would not be compelled to make a return 

Surely there is an operations agreement covering how services generally and including the DPO service is provided? This is a requirement of the DSO licence as I understand it. Can you send me a copy of the relevant Operations Agreement(s)?

Minutes of all meetings held between ESB Networks/EirGrid and Clonberne Windfarm Ltd/MKO and any other associated group relating to a planning permission application (ref: 2460230) that ESB Networks have submitted to Galway County Council for the development of a new 38Kv overhead line (OHL) that will travel from Glenamaddy to Cloonascragh. The planned development consists of 179 polies, up to 18 metres in height, to be erected across several townlands in the North Galway region. I would like to obtain access to the minutes of all the meetings held between ESB Networks/EirGrid and Clonberne Windfarm Ltd/MKO regarding this matter.

Request for a copy of any agreement or memorandum in relation to the procurement or provision of data protection officer services to ESB networks.

This request relates to the opening dates of ESB owned and operated electric vehicle chargers. Please see attached a pdf list of the ESB operated chargers I found on the ESB eCars website. Assuming the is the list containing both current and historic ESB charge points, I am looking for the date at which the charge points were opened. Please note the year the charge point became available is sufficient detail in this case. I believe this request falls under condition 9 Provision of Metering and Data Services of the Distribution System Operator’s Licensed functions.

Complaints Handling Procedure With reference to the Distributor System Operator Licence, “Complaints Handling Procedure” is mentioned in, 'Condition 15' and 'Condition 16' of the Licence.  So the Complaints Handling Procedure Document is subject to an 'ongoing revision process'. There is a Complaints Handling Procedure Document. (To 'start' with.)Then there are Periodic Reviews of this Document. By ESBNs, the licensee. If Modifications / Revisions are appropriate, these are communicated to the CRU(Commission for Regulation of Utilities).The CRU approve any suggested Modifications / Revisions.The Complaints Handling Procedure Document is updated and published. And for 'simplicity', one could 'tabulate' the 'ongoing Revision Process'So this is the Data / Records that I am looking for. The Data that I can enter into my 'Tabulation'.And the Records that 'support' the Data.And the actual Complaints Handling Procedure Documents, as they go through their 'updating' / revising. (i.e. Version 1, Version 2, Version 3, etc.) Starting Date' ?

So the Requested Period for Data, Records and Documents 21st April 2008 - to the present day (Feb 2024) 

I’m requesting information about how many NC applications have been lodged with ESB networks each year since 2021 for NC6, NC7, NC8 and NC5 in Ireland. Also, I would like to know the KWp total per completed NC6, NC7, NC8 and NC5 applications over that time in Ireland. I’m aware for some of these years, some of the various NC schemes above were not active, so please report 0 applications for these years. Can you reply with the information compiled into the below table.

I would like to request all information, files,  documents, dates and details about work carried out by the ESB at Earlsfort Housing development,  Haggardstown, Blackrock, Dundalk Co Louth during 2018/2019. In particular, work carried out to the lower undeveloped area of Earlsfort during this time.

Does ESB Networks provide public information about the number of microgen Solar PV systems connected to the grid as of end of year 2023.The information I previously received from you, via John Emerson, was perfect, i.e. the number of installations and the total overall capacity.

I would like to request a copy of the original Turlough hill scope of work, design and the scope of work and design for recent upgrades to the Turlough hill facility.

What I'm hoping to get from the ESB is average household and or total Energy Usage by Electoral District for Galway city. The CSO doesn't seem to have any Energy usage by area, only by household type, BER rating. Would it be possibly to get some form of historical report on energy usage by area either electoral Division or CSO Small Area. I'd like to use this data to investigate how energy usage relates to demographics, social class, house prices, education etc, and also correlate the average BER rating to household energy usage.

I am requesting information on how much electricity was generated at the Carrigadrohid Dam, near Macroom, Co. Cork for the last ten years. I request that the amount of electricity generated yearly be broken down into separate figures. I am also requesting information on how many days the dam was in use and operational in 2022.

We are working alongside ZEVI to investigate the application of electric vehicle charging map based on the most accommodating places for charges to be installed in Ireland. For this work we need an extensive amount of data on the geography of an area including various electric features such as grid capacity and location of power networks. It seems you are the most likely party to have hold of information regarding low or medium voltage power networks for Ireland and so it would be great to have this information, or be told where to find it.

I request a copy of correspondences/emails/reports/meeting records involving  The Cork City Council and/or Cork City Council employees and/or Cork City Council elected representative, CField Construction and/or its employees, BMor Developments, Allumcrest Limited and any additional persons/parties regarding the provision of electrical supply at the Lios Cara Estate, Killeens, Cork. Records dating between  14th August 2023  and today.

1. A copy of all reports following internal investigations 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 to date.
2. A copy of all reports following consultation by an outside body for the years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 to date.
3. The cost of each report. 

The records that I am requesting are audit reports, reports into waste or losses, reports into wrongdoing or bullying, and any reports following an external consultative process. I am only looking for unpublished reports.

How many meter readers have been and are to be let go due to smart meter installation?
