Id like to ask you what kind of insurance do your drivers have the drivers that take their company trucks home with them after work is over. Are they insured for travelling to and from work or are trucks insured for social domestic and pleasure purposes?

I am seeking access to any and all records held by ESB Networks relating to the ESB pylon and any equipment or apparatus attached to it, located on or adjacent to Folio *** in the Beechwood estate, Clarecastle, Co. Clare.Specifically, I am requesting:
1.Wayleave agreements, servitudes, or any legal documentation permitting the presence of the pylon and attached equipment.
2.Planning, design, or infrastructure agreements between ESB Networks and the developer or any third party regarding the installation or maintenance of the pylon and associated equipment.
3.Correspondence between ESB Networks and the housing developer and/or Clare County Council concerning the pylon’s installation, ownership, necessity, and ongoing management.
4.Risk assessments, engineering reports, or safety evaluations relating to the presence of the pylon and its attached equipment in close proximity to residential dwellings.
5.Any decommissioning, relocation, or upgrade plans for the pylon and attached equipment currently under consideration or previously discussed.
6.Scientific, technical, or public health documents or studies commissioned, held, or referred to by ESB Networks regarding electromagnetic fields (EMF), radiofrequency radiation, or any other emissions from this infrastructure and attached equipment, especially in relation to close proximity residential exposure.

In relation to the level of power ESB charge sites are using and are impacting the local grid in Galway city, please provide the amount of power in KWH units of each of the following ESB car charging sites in Galway city in 2024:

Woodquay, Galway C8FPH3.
Dyke Road, C8QBO4.
Circle K, Newcastle Road, C5FCF5.
Glynn's service station, Oranmore CGG5K6.

Furthermore, please provide the total annual charge value of
1. the capacity charges
2. the standing charges levied on ESB ecars for each of the six sites above and provide the euro value of each charge for each site.

A rcord/spreadsheet/database of all costs incurred by ESB Networks in the provision of transport, accommodation, food, subsistence or other costs to overseas electrical staff who worked in the aftermath of Storm Éowyn. This record to be provided line-by-line or in as much detail as possible as provided for under Section 17(4) of the FOI Act.

1. Internal communications (including emails, meeting minutes, memos or draft documents) concerning the use of female-only facilities (e.g. showers, changing rooms) by individuals who identify as transgender.
2. Any complaints, concerns, or submissions raised by female staff regarding discomfort or objections to the use of these facilities by individuals who are biologically male.
3. Records of decisions, directives or guidance issued by ESB senior management or the Board relating to this issue, including any communication explaining the reasoning behind such decisions.
4. Correspondence with third parties (including government departments, advocacy groups, or equality bodies) in relation to ESB’s gender identity policy and its application in sex-specific spaces.

I am trying to understand the full list of service providers ESB networks use. I could go through all the etenders but that is slow and I think I am not getting a full picture.

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am requesting access to any records held by the ESB that contain a transcript of all or part of the High Court proceedings referenced above.

I was informed by the High Court Central Office that they do not hold such records and that the parties to the case would have maintained a transcript. However, the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications has since confirmed that they do not possess these records either. 

As one of the initiators of the proceedings, I provided sworn testimony and was cross-examined by counsel representing the Minister for the Environment and the ESB. 

Given this, I am seeking any records in your possession that pertain to the transcript of the proceedings.
