Under the FOI Act 2014 seeking any and all records relating to the request for tree cutting in the ESB yard behind Knockmoyle in Tralee. This to include internal communications on the matter and well of details on contractors assigned. I do not require any commercially sensitive information such as costs, tender processes etc. I know contractors were appointed least year or the year before but nothing has happened since and not even a phone call letting us know is what is happening.

•The most recent data regarding the available capacity at the Castlebagot 220kv substation (CP0872)
•The most recent data regarding the available capacity at the Inchicore 220kv TSO substations
•A list of the LEUs that are connected to these substations, either directly or via a downstream substation

I am requesting the following records for the period 1Jan 2025 to date:
1. A full log of all unplanned outages affecting our property, including dates, times, duration, and recorded cause.
2. All internal records, reports, fault logs, engineering notes, or incident reports relating to these outages.
3. Records relating to the planned outage in January 2026, including:
- The reason for the outage
- The notification process undertaken
- Records showing whether and when notification was issued to our property
- Any internal communications regarding notification failures
4. Copies of all correspondence, internal notes, and records relating to the two formal complaints we have submitted
- Records of receipt
- Internal communications
- Any investigation carried out
- Reasons for the failure to provide a response

In addition, I request any service-level agreements, internal policies, or operational standards applicable to:
- Notification of planned outages
- Response times for formal complaints
- Acceptable frequency thresholds for unplanned outages

I would like records related to the meetings between the DCEE, Eirgrid, and ESBN between July 2025 and present. The subject of the meetings included efforts to mitigate risks to capacity for new customers in North Dublin. Records may include:
•Agendas
•Minutes
•Notes taken by officials
•Presentations or papers circulated
•Follow-up actions or decisions

Please can you help to provide a document that is an Index of ESB Network's full Policy Library? This is typically an Excel document.

Could I have a copy of:
1. the market and service training materials used to train RMDS personnel
2. the principal RMDS financial records for 2023 and 2024
3. the RMDS budget and business plans for 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026
4. the RMDS quality manual and quality procedures
5. Records relating to the ISO 9001:2015 certification of RMDS
6. Outcome (if any) of the  external market audits of RMDS for 2023, 2024, 2025.
In relation to the DSO licence
7. The Retail Market System Development Plan for each of the years 2013 to 2025
8. Correspondence between ESB Networks and CRU in relation to the Retail Market System Development Plan since 2023.
9. Correspondence between ESB Networks and the ring-fenced RMDS function in relation to the Retail  Market System Development Plan since 2023.

Can you please provide all information  corroaspindance with Flo Gas relating to two bills on the 5/3/24 & 12/3/24 .

Flo Gas had stated the mistakes were made by your company concerning the readings  and on the 7/ 5/ 2025 a senior customer service agent stated

" have requested that ESB check the customer reads that you sent them. I will be in touch as soon as I hear back from them, many thanks."

Im now requesting information concerning the bills and corraspondance with Flo Gas up to the 7 /5/2025 under the freedom of information.

•Internal reports and correspondence regarding the 15 Sep 2024 undervoltage incident documented by Dublin Airport: "This morning’s outage (which occurred at around 07.50) in North County Dublin was caused by an under voltage in the ESB Network, which may have caused a control system failure that prevented Dublin Airport’s back-up generator from kicking in, as it always has during previous power outages •Correspondence with Eirgrid and Dublin Airport regarding this incident

Can you please provide a copy of any statement of assurance which would be signed by employees at assistant principal level which relates to risk management, and or risk registers and or management of budget expenditure.

- a record, spreadsheet, or database showing the number of illegal or unauthorised electricity connections detected by ESB Networks during the calendar years 2024 and 2025, broken down by broad category (e.g. residential, commercial, temporary/event-related, other where recorded).

 Where available, I also request a breakdown by county and by year.

 If it was possible to provide some narrative detail on some examples, that would be extremely helpful but I know not obligatory under the FOI Act

Any and all correspondence (with attachments) or minutes of meetings between the ESB and Lumcloon Energy, COOLPOWRA FLEX GEN LIMITED, Halston, and/or *** (representing Lumcloon Energy) between 22/6/2024 and 30/1/2026 in relation to PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF A RESERVE GAS-FIRED GENERATOR, ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM FACILITY AND GIS SUBSTATION IN THE TOWNLANDS OF COOLPOWRA, COOLDORRAGHA, COOLNAGEERAGH BALLYNAHESKERAGH, GORTLUSKY, AND SHEEAUNRUSH, CO GALWAY.

I would be grateful if you could confirm the following in writing:

1. The manufacturer, model, and type designation of the smart meter installed at my premises.

2. Confirmation that the meter bears a valid CE marking and that an EU Declaration of Conformity exists for the device.

3. Confirmation that the meter complies with all applicable EU legislation, including but not limited to:
- the Measuring Instruments Directive (2014/32/EU),
- the Low Voltage Directive (2014/35/EU),
- the EMC Directive (2014/30/EU),
- the Radio Equipment Directive (2014/53/EU).

4. Confirmation that the meter model installed at my property has been approved for deployment in Ireland under the Commission for Regulation of Utilities’ Smart Metering Programme.

5. Confirmation that ESB Networks retains responsibility for:
- the installation,
- maintenance,
- and ongoing operational safety of the smart meter while installed at my property.

can you please provide me with data from 2025 of how many outages were reported in the Ballinasloe municipal district area? Additionally, can you also include the length of time the outage was ongoing before it was resolved? As well as the cause of the outage if that is applicable.

•All documents, including incident reports and correspondence with South Dublin County Council and Eirgrid, related to power outages in Clondalkin, Lucan, and Tallaght, since January 1, 2023

I am writing to request confirmation of the installation date for the ESB replacement pole at the property located at eircode ***.

I would also appreciate it if you could advise whether there are any additional notes or records relating to the installation of the pole at this location.

The CRU now requests "that ESBN proceeds with the calculation of the 2025/26 distribution tariffs on the basis of the figures outlined above [the allowed revenues.]”

It is this calculation, to be performed by ESBN, to which my request refers and it is the methodology for this calculation which I wish to get copies of records for. I note that the changes in the DUoS charges are not at all linear. For example the DG7 low power factor charge has declined at the same time as other charges have increased and I would like to understand the methodology by which this turned out to be the case (this is by way of example; I am trying to understand the principles upon which the tariffs are derived generally).

Query: I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE IS A NEW POWER LINE GOING THROUGH THIS AREA. PLEASE SEND ME DETAILS.
