There was a lengthy power outage in my estate last night. Many thanks to your team for their work getting power back on. Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has occurred. Over the past year or so, I've noticed that this has happened on a number of occasions. Usually it's just the area around Brooklands estate that is affected. 1. Since 2000 how many communications have you had from customers in relation to any and all concerns they have with TIMECLOCK ERRORS on the electricity meter supplied to them
2. Has there been an internal review of faulty or erroneous meter timeclocks supplied to customers since 2000, and can you provide a copy of this
