2024 FOI disclosure logs

I herewith request to know how many smart meters have been installed on 3 phase systems in Ireland for the years 2022, 2023 and for the first six months of 2024.

I would like a copy of all electricity interruptions for Glen Richards Wood, Pollshone Co. Wexford for the period of 2022, 2023 and up to the present date 20.08.2024 both planned and unplanned. The information can be sent in either word or excel format. 

There was a lengthy power outage in my estate last night. Many thanks to your team for their work getting power back on. Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has occurred. Over the past year or so, I've noticed that this has happened on a number of occasions. Usually it's just the area around Brooklands estate that is affected. I'd like to know what is causing these outages 

Can you please provide confirmation of each and every uplift paid by ESB under the Trenching and Ducting Framework, equally to all members of its supply chain for trenching and ducting works from 2016 to 2024 including on or around 06 October extensions for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023, 2023 & 2024 

I would be grateful if you could advise if ESB has any services or apparatus within the red line boundary area shown on the plan below. In particular we are looking for any available georeferenced ITM Shapefiles or AutoCAD DWGs for the location and type of services/apparatus that are located within this area. 

1.  All Credit Card Statements for December 2023, January 2024, and June 2024

2.  All Bank Account Statements for December 2023, January 2024, and June 2024

1)  the dates of all electricity supply outages experienced in Straffan (Co. Kildare) and neighbouring townlands. 

2)  the time that the electricity supply was interrupted for EACH of the dates detailed in point 1 above. 

3)  the root causes of the electricity supply outages for EACH of the dates detailed in point 1 above.

I wish to access data passed to ESB Networks from Irish Rail’s electricity provider Electric Ireland no earlier than December 2020.The information requested are all mprns with my name, personal telephone number and email address attached. I would like a list of all mprns with the above mentioned data attached.

1. Since 2000 how many communications have you had from customers in relation to any and all concerns they have with TIMECLOCK ERRORS on the electricity meter supplied to them
2. Has there been an internal review of faulty or erroneous meter timeclocks supplied to customers since 2000, and can you provide a copy of this
3. In relation to customers who may have been overcharged, what is the procedure for addressing this?
4. In instances where customers may have been undercharged, what procedure do you follow
5. Where inaccurate equipment has been installed, has each customer affected been notified.
6. Can you outline how it may occur that faulty timeclocks have been installed, ie who is to blame for inaccurate timeclocks.

Can you please provide confirmation of each and every uplift paid by ESB Networks to contractors appointed under D20/CON/763- National Trenching and Ducting Framework for the period 2014 to 2024. 

I would like to obtain the following documents: 

1. A copy of the ESB's complaints procedure. 
2. Any written instructions or procedures that employees use to book jobs. 
3. Any written instructions or procedures that employees use to book jobs using contractors. 
4. A copy of any procedures that the Tuam office may use that differ from the mainstream procedures.

I would be grateful to receive update on the roll out Fibre Optic in Mitchelstown carried out by ESB network and the time frame around it for Mitchelstown.

Any cost estimations or the amount of funding set aside for repair and repainting works for the Poolbeg Chimneys in 2024 and 2025. Would it also be possible to get the amount being spent on current investigation/assessment works.

I recently visited your webpage at who-we-are-our-networks and noted the detailed information on the various cables and substations that you manage. We are interested in understanding how frequently the data on your networks is updated and whether this information is available in any geographic data formats such as GeoJSON or SHP. Having access to such data in these formats would be incredibly beneficial for integrating it into our platform, thereby enhancing our services. Could you provide details regarding the update rate of your network data and the availability of any geometric formats?

How many commercial/business accounts have had their meter readings units reduced/went back by as much as 30,000 - 60,000 units for no apparent reason in the last three years?
