High winds expected to cause damage to electricity infrastructure, particularly in counties that will be under Met Éireann’s Status Orange wind warning. Stay Safe, Stay Clear of fallen electricity wires. Report any damage to the network by calling 1800 372 999.

Met Éireann has issued status orange weather wind warnings for Clare, Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Roscommon and Sligo from 2pm until 10pm on Friday, October 3rd as Storm Amy approaches. A status red wind warning has been issued for Donegal from 4pm until 6pm.
