- Since 2000 how many communications have you had from customers in relation to any and all concerns they have with TIMECLOCK ERRORS on the electricity meter supplied to them
- Has there been an internal review of faulty or erroneous meter timeclocks supplied to customers since 2000, and can you provide a copy of this
- In relation to customers who may have been overcharged, what is the procedure for addressing this?

- Where inaccurate equipment has been installed, has each customer affected been notified.
- Can you outline how it may occur that faulty timeclocks have been installed, ie who is to blame for inaccurate timeclocks.
