ESB Networks' policy and procedures in relation to connecting private property of another landowner.
Does ESB Networks have-in printed form-a policy covering situations where one landowner contested the right of another individual to establish a connection to the electricity network over the land of the former individual and can a copy of that policy be obtained? (A copy of the relevant section(s) and the title page would suffice).
