All data pertaining to the sale and subsequent development of the site at the ESB substation including legal agreement transferring ownership, conditions of sale, maps, any emails in relation to the sale of the site, advice or opinions sought by the developer in connection with the original and subsequent planning applications and also during the development at the site, documentation of any assessments made by ESB on the plans for the hobby workshop or any other changes made under the original planning granted, requests for meetings at the site by the developer, subsequent summary notes of any meetings which may have taken place following onsite meetings, correspondence, if any, with the developer in relation to the painting of the sub-station by the developer.
