FOI Disclosure Logs

Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following:

1.  A copy of the ESB’s gender identity (or transgender) and expression policy (“the Policy”).

2.  All written records including memos, board* packs and presentations, emails, diary entries, written correspondence, notes of phone calls and meetings, agendas, and reports in relation to the ESB’s review, discussion, challenge and ultimate approval of the Policy. 

*Or Steering committee, if the Policy was ultimately approved by a Steering Committee and not the Board.

3.  All written records including memos, emails, diary entries, written correspondence, notes of phone calls and meetings and agendas, and reports in regards to meetings or calls with any outside groups in relation to the ESB’s review, discussion, challenge and ultimate approval of the Policy.

4.  A list of the organisations the ESB consulted with, in relation to the drafting and approval of the Policy, including clarification on which organisations received monetary (or other) compensation for their advice, time etc.

5.  The number of e-mails, letters or calls received from ESB employees expressing concern or complaining about the Policy and a list of the main areas of concern.
