I’m an owner of an apartment. A MUD of 5 commercial units, 1 medical centre, and 34 apartments.  

What I’m enquiring about is solely the common areas - we are told there are three meters relating to this.  

I’m looking to access: 

-  the plans submitted by our builder, , for the electrical services laid. I need to understand what infrastructure was connected to each meter at the time. This was around 2004 (build completed in July 2005) 

- I’d also like copies of any works done since to amend lines so we can see what infrastructure is now connected to each meter.  

- our bills from1 Feb to 16 Sept 2024 (or closest thereabouts) or the costs to this date (we were told our rates were 67c per kilowatt hour for most of this period however you may not have rate information.  

I don’t have an MPRN number. I took screenshots of what appears to be our three meters, attached. 

As an aside, the smart meter photo was taken at 21:17 yet both smart meters read a different time (19:32 and 20:11). I understand you will contact me if you need clarity.
