If the door of your electricity meter cabinet is broken or will not close correctly, ESB Networks will come to your property to repair and/or replace it.
ESB Networks will only replace/repair the door of your electricity meter cabinet. Any damage to the meter cabinet itself is the responsibility of the owner of the property. A customer can avail of this service once from ESB Networks.

Once the application has been processed, we aim to complete the work as soon as possible.
The electricity meter is safely sealed within the meter cabinet, but customers should try to prop the door in place while you are waiting for ESB Networks to replace the door.
