ESB Networks has now installed over two million smart meters in homes, farms and businesses across every county in Ireland. This means that more than four out of five households can benefit from smart meter technology.
Smart meters allow customers to see detailed information and insights into their energy use directly through the ESB Networks Online Account. This can help customers use electricity more efficiently, reduce consumption and choose a smart meter tariff that’s right for their home.
The rollout is continuing and if you do not already have a smart meter, you can request one here by using the Smart Meter Sign Up Form.
