We do not require:

• Time‑stamped meter photos
• Photos of the RM serial number

All necessary checks are carried out using our own records.

If the property is disconnected, we will confirm:

• The date the property was disconnected, and
• That no electricity consumption has taken place since that date

This information can also be used for the grant application.

If we cannot locate the property on our system using the information you provided, we will advise:

“Based on the information you have provided, we cannot locate the property on our system and so cannot confirm your request.”

You may need to double‑check the MPRN or address before resubmitting.

If usage is above the required level, we will let you know that we cannot confirm low consumption for the property.

This does not prevent you from applying for the grant, but the grant authority may require alternative evidence.

If the consumption is low enough to qualify, we will confirm this by email and you can include our confirmation in your grant application.

We will:

• Review electricity consumption for the previous two years
• Confirm whether the property meets the low consumption threshold

We do not require time‑stamped photos of the meter or photographs of the RM serial number.

To help us process your request without delays, please include:

• MPRN or RM serial number
• Full property address
• Your relationship to the property:
  • Registered customer
  • Named Note of Authority (NOA)
  • New purchaser (not yet registered)
• A current meter reading, if you have one
• Confirmation if the meter has been removed from the property
