Where it is deemed that ESB Networks is responsible for cutting the timber, there is no charge to the customer for essential tree cutting. 

Where the customer is cutting the timber, and where ESB Networks is facilitating this by switching out the network, and/or temporarily removing the network/dropping the line, then this will also be free of charge provided that;

• Adequate notice is given
• The work is done during 9:00 – 16.30 Mon to Fri.
• Traffic control is not required
