I received an energy event notification, but my friend has not, why is this?

  • Due to the controls and protections required as part of the Turn On messaging, not all participants will receive these requests.
  • Turn on messaging will be sent to smaller groups of participants, who have an MPRN associated with their account, and who are based in an area with surplus renewable energy available at that time.
