Will I be rewarded for registering for ‘Is This a Good Time?’?

  • Yes, you will be rewarded if you meet the qualifying criteria.

  • All participants will receive Energy Event communications. To be eligible for rewards, participants must meet the following criteria: 

    1) have a valid Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN) linked to their ESB Networks Online account

    2) take an action during the Energy Event specified timeframe

    3) let us know that they took an action by responding to the Energy Event survey they receive (via email) following the Energy Event

    Responses must be submitted within 72 hours of the Energy Event survey.
