- Rewards will be calculated on a monthly basis and will be paid out through our rewards vendor, Prezzee. If you are eligible for rewards you will first be notified via email that your rewards are on their way. You will then receive a second email containing your eGift Card. If you do not receive the second email containing your eGift Card within 5 working days after receiving the first notification, please email engagement@esbnetworks.ie.
