ESB Networks’ chosen reward vendor for the ‘Is this a Good Time?’ programme is Prezzee. You will receive an email from Prezzee with details of your eGift Card.  This email will be sent from ‘delivery@mail.prezzee.uk’ and will contain a link to activate your eGift Card.  

Follow the steps below to redeem your eGift Card:  

• To redeem your eGift card from Prezzee you will need to first create a Prezzee account at www.prezzee.co.uk. Alternatively, you can download the Prezzee App and follow the instructions to sign up and log into your online Prezzee account. 

• Once you receive your eGift email from Prezzee, simply click on the link in the email and use the 4-digit pin included in the email to activate your reward.  

• You can then swap your Prezzee eGift Card for an eGift Card from one or more of the available retailers on their website.   

• Your eGift Card is now ready to use with your chosen retailers online or in store.
