I was sent a rewards email but never redeemed or swapped the eGift Card and now I can't find the email from Prezzee containing the reward. Can the reward email be reissued? I was sent rewards from Prezzee before November 18th but haven't redeemed / swapped them yet. Will the value of these rewards be impacted? Why has the value of the rewards changed?
