To apply, a Community-led Project Declaration Form (174 KB) must be completed by a company director (the Applicant).  You must also complete either an NC5 Application Form (413 KB) or an New Generator Connection Application (NC5A).  It is important that you complete all relevant sections of the declaration form and the application form.  All site details and applicant information should be uniform across both forms.  More detailed information on the application process is available on our website at this link.
