Due to essential IT maintenance, there is currently a lag impacting data processing for the My Energy Consumption application on the ESB Networks Online Account. We expect the Online Account to be back to normal by June 15th. Thank you for your ongoing patience.

 

ESB Networks can confirm that smart meters are operating as normal, meter data is being provided to Suppliers as normal and there is no impact on billing or payment.
