1. Since 2000 how many communications have you had from customers in relation to any and all concerns they have with TIMECLOCK ERRORS on the electricity meter supplied to them
2. Has there been an internal review of faulty or erroneous meter timeclocks supplied to customers since 2000, and can you provide a copy of this
3. In relation to customers who may have been overcharged, what is the procedure for addressing this?
4. In instances where customers may have been undercharged, what procedure do you follow
5. Where inaccurate equipment has been installed, has each customer affected been notified.
6. Can you outline how it may occur that faulty timeclocks have been installed, ie who is to blame for inaccurate timeclocks.
