An Export Limiting Scheme (ELS) scheme can be implemented using either a Reverse Power Relay or an Export Limiting Scheme (ELS) control system. For an Export Limiting Scheme (ELS) Control System you will be required to provide a Manufacturer’s Export Limiting Scheme Product Declaration Form – you can find the template . This needs to be completed and signed by the Manufacturer.
