If I apply under ECP-2.5 and am successful in the preliminary Batch following the prioritisation criteria as set out in the ECP-2 Decision but subsequently withdraw my application, will my application be backfilled?

No, there will be no backfilling of applicants who are initially successful in the preliminary batch but subsequently withdraw their application from ECP-2.5.
