Pay As You Go Meter
ESB Networks installs Pay As You Go meters for customers when requested by their respective electricity suppliers.
A Pay As You Go Meter has two parts:
- Main meter: This replaces your existing meter
- Customer keypad: This will sound a low volume alarm when your credit runs low. You can enter your credit at the main meter or at the customer keypad.
Your new meter will be installed by an ESB Networks' Technician and is already topped up with a small amount of credit to start you off.
