We have a mix of full-time (36.25 hours) and part-time (25 hour) roles available.
Customer Advisors in ESB Networks
As a Customer Service Advisor you will join our Customer Experience Teams and will be providing support to all electricity customers. Our Customer Service Advisors deal with a broad range of work including; dealing with a variety of customer queries, emergency and no-supply situations, scheduling and managing work programmes and new connections.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Good PC skills (including Outlook)
- Attention-to-detail
- Initiative and problem solving skills
- Ability to learn new systems and procedures
This job is based in Wilton, Co. Cork. Some hybrid roles will be available after 8-months on-site training.
