Once we’ve received all customer requirements:

• Registration with a supplier
• Wiring certificate from your electrician,
• Confirmation that ducting is in place

We aim to complete your connection within 10 working days.

On the day of connection, emergency or fault-related work may be prioritised, which could affect scheduling.
