An application is considered proactive when all key steps have been completed:
- Terms accepted for at least 50 working days
- Wiring certificate received
- Ducting confirmed as ready
- Supplier registration completed
At this stage, we aim to connect customers within 10 working days, though this may vary depending on local workload.
