I have an ESB Networks Online Account but services relating to my MPRN are no longer available. Why is that?

Customers can access services related to their MPRN while they are the registered legal owner of that MPRN.  If a customer moves out of a property and is no longer the legal owner of the MPRN, access to related services including energy consumption data will no longer be available.   

Please note that updating your personal details with your electricity supplier such as name on the account or adding a new mobile number may also result in Online Account services no longer being accessible for your MPRN.  This can be remedied by updating name and mobile number details within your Online Account and relinking the MPRN.
